What’s A Website?

Believe it or not, there are businesses out there that firmly believe they do NOT need a website!  Not having a website? That is the same as not having a storefront sign. If you don’t have a website you don’t exist. Customers like to find you on the web, even if it’s only to look up your phone number and hours.

Without a website, your potential customers will go to a competitor that does have a website that shows up on the search engines.  There are a great many people who hold fast to the belief there are still more users of the the yellow pages print directories than internet users.  However, the facts are out there in usage reports that show less than 10% of the folks receiving print directories ever use them!  And let’s not forget that of those 10% how many are going to be able to find your ad and call you?

Furthermore, your credibility as a viable business drops dramatically and puts doubt to your long-term viability in a potential customer’s mind.  If you do not have a website, your customers might wonder whether you even know how to run a business.  When you have a poorly built website, your visitors’ impression of your business will be less than thrilling and they will likely stop doing business with you.
