All Flash, No Substance
A great looking website does not mean that your potential customers will be able to FIND your website. Oft-times a business will get so focused on how the website looks that they lose sight of what their website is supposed to accomplish.

The search engines can’t really make much of a website that’s mostly pictures or worse, built in Flash. You need to give the search engines something they adore – TEXT aka CONTENT.
